services on a project basis or on a contract basis to augment
internal IT staff, and to fill permanent staffing requirements. We

Client-Server, Mainframe and midrange technologies. Our
consultants are actively deployed in the following technologies: Java,
EJB, Servlets, C/C++, WebLogic, WebSphere, CORBA, COM/DCOM, HTML,
Active Server Pages, ActiveX, Oracle, MQ Series, Rational Rose,
Powerbuilder, Visual Basic, SQL Server, Sybase, Unix, NT, COBOL,
CICS, DB2. In addition, our consultants have expertise in the
areas of project management, business analysis, application
architecture, database administration, system administration,
network engineering, quality assurance testing and technical
writing.

Lukrative Customer Care Program
The cornerstone of our Customer Care Program is the Lukrative
Account Manager. This manager acts as the liaison between
Lukrative and our clients' management. Our account managers
possess strong communication, interpersonal, and recruiting
skills. Their role is to deliver effective, efficient support and
clear communication to the client, our staff and consultants. In
addition, our team of local and national program staff, technical
recruiters, and back office specialists, work to support our
account managers in providing outstanding service and support.
Lukrative believes that our Technical Recruiters also
contribute significantly to our ability to provide the highest
levels of service and support. In the technical consulting
industry, it is the quality of our consultants that differentiates
us. In order to insure that we recruit and retain the highest
quality of technical resources available in the market place,
Lukrative uses a consistent 6 step recruiting process:

In addition, Lukrative
requires each consultant to attend a customized orientation before
starting an assignment. The orientation consists of everything
from Human Resource laws to expectations of the particular client.
Lukrative Quality Initiatives
Our Quality Initiatives provide for a significant amount of
resource, management, and peer review at all levels. The use of
expert systems, workflow, and project management tools allow us to
manage the quality of our services. While we have processes in
place to manage quality, we are flexible in listening to our
clients and responding to those requirements as frequently as
needed.
Lukrative has developed the Lukrative Client
Satisfaction Survey that enables us to proactively monitor and
measure the quality of our services. We ask our customers to
complete the survey at least once every 6 months. The survey
supplies feedback on the Lukrative account manager as well
as our overall level of service.
Lukrative works hard to make the right match of skills and
personality, ensuring that our consultants meet your technical and
productivity expectations. On a quarterly basis, we ask our
clients to provide feedback to us and to our consultants through
the Lukrative Project Performance Evaluation. The quality
of service and quality of the work our consultants provide is our
number one priority.
